Dear Mr. Horan,

I would like to express my deep appreciation for the wonderful care we received from your staff, especially Michael Wellensiek.

My husband, Gerald Norton, and I have a blended family (eight children and countless spouses and grandkids). Michael patiently and with total acceptance, dealt with the entire mob being involved in the plans. He seemed to immediately understand the complicated family situation.

Michael never hurried us, pressured us, or tried to up-sell us. It was Michael who informed us that Jerry was entitled to military honors, which Jerry would have loved and turned out to be a very touching and important part of the ceremony. Michael was also at the funeral, he set up the flowers that were at the church plus brought the flowers that had been delivered to our facility, along with pictures of each arrangement and the cards attached to the pictures, which was a tremendous aide.

Thanks, too, for all the organizational materials, getting the death certificates for me, providing such nice thank you cards (I used 125 of them!). When the picture we selected for the front of the pamphlet turned out badly, Bonnie calmly allowed me to bring in a different picture and redid the pamphlet the day before the funeral.

I am very pleased and appreciate so much everything that you did for us.
